23  | 癸丑，诏以季秋辛亥大飨明堂。先是，礼官议王者郊用辛，盖取斋戒自新之义。又通礼，祠明堂亦用辛，遂下司天，择日而得辛亥吉，盖九月二十七也。 命宰臣文彦博为大礼使，宋庠为礼仪使，枢宻使王贻永为仪仗使，龎籍为卤簿使，参知政事髙若讷为桥道顿逓使。乙卯，命枢宻副使梁适摄太尉望，吿天地于南郊，枢臣望告，非旧例重其事也。时政府六员，五员充使，故以适奏告，同吿谢，复增锡赉如五使焉。 |
