29  | 壬申，録冯道、王朴后。 益利路钤辖司言：自今两川配𨽻军籍之人，其元犯凶恶者，不得还乡里，从之。甲戌，以龙图阁直学士、知永兴军王博文为枢宻直学士、知秦州。前二嵗，博文知秦州，走马承受贾徳昌入朝，毁博文，诏徙鳯翔府，又徙永兴军，于是徳昌坐𧷢败，乃命加职，复知秦州。初，縁邉军民之逃者，必为熟户畜牧，又或以遗逺蕃易羊马，故常没者数百人，其禽生蕃部，则以锦袍、银带、茶绢赏之，间虽有自归，而中道为畨所得，亦不能辨，坐法皆斩，博文乃遣习知蕃事者，宻持信纸往招，至则悉贷其罪，由是歳减殊死甚衆。朝廷下其法旁路，又言河西回鹘多縁互市家秦、陇间，请悉遣出境，戒守臣使稽察之。 诏淮南转运使并治楚州，而诸州申𤼵文字报复不时，其徙一员治庐州。 许夀州立学，仍赐《九经》，知州、侍御史朱谏请之也。 |
