10  | 丙戌，西川转运使黄观言益州将吏民庻举留知州张咏，诏褒之。始，车驾北征，四方揺心，咏虑逺夷乗隙为变，欲出竒以胜之，因取盗贼之尤无状者，磔死于市，衆皆慑服，遂底嘉靖，每讯牒便文，久不得判，咏率尔署决，莫不允当，蜀中喜事者，论次其词，总为《诫民集》，镂板传布。上尝遣使廵抚西川，因令谕㫖曰：「得卿在彼，朕无西顾之忧也」。 诏以刘承圭新定权衡法附编敕。丁亥，翰林学士、右谏议大夫晁逈责授左司郎中，依前充职。初，逈与给事中冯起等五人，并为郓王元份留守官属，王以狱逸囚，惊悸得疾，遂死，逈等坐辅导无状，并及于责。 |
