25  | 辛巳，上谓王旦等曰：「昨暮降雪遽止，朕忧其未足，夜分使人于宫庭视之，乃云复降，其势甚宻，今果盈尺，来嵗，麦苖应有望也！朕每念稼穑艰难，尝与邢昺言力田多者，值灾沴，昺云：「民之灾患，大约有四：一曰人疫、二曰旱、三曰水、四曰牛瘴。必嵗有其一，但或轻或重耳，四事之害，旱暵为甚，盖田无畎浍，悉不可救，所损必尽，即𫝊所谓天灾流行，国家代有者也。昺乆居田里，尤熟农事，自云騐之多矣，比嵗稼穑屡稔，朕常以灾沴为虑，兼闻今年宿麦甚广，得此时雪，农家无冬旱之忧也」。遂赐近臣饮于中书，又宴馆阁官于崇文院，上作《瑞雪诗》，令三馆即席和进，两制次日来上。 |
