12  | 庚辰，命閤门祗候张禹正、杨继筠为潭桂州驻泊都监，上以宜州用兵，此二州皆湖广要地故也，黎龙廷自称权安南静海军留后，遣其弟峯州刺史明昶、殿中丞黄成雅等来贡。辛巳，授龙廷静海节度使、交趾郡王，赐名至忠，给以旌节，又追封黎桓为南越王，明、昶等皆进秩，及含光殿大宴，明昶等与焉，上以成雅坐逺，欲稍升其位，著访于宰相王旦，旦曰：「昔管仲朝周王，飨以上卿之礼，管仲固辞，受下卿之礼而还，国家绥静逺方，优待客使，固无嫌也」。乃升成雅于尚书五品之次。 河溢澶州，坏王八埽，诏遣使完筑，令河北河东路部署等廵视军中，其閲习士卒有材勇愿𨽻在京诸军者，听其自陈，州给装钱部送阙下，疲老不胜铠甲者，具名以闻。时河北骁健军士因防䕶至京，引对便殿，上询之，有愿留补禁旅者，上以两河就粮军多劲勇士，因广蒐择焉。 |
