3  | 万历中，起故官，迁南京工部右侍郎，进右都御史，掌南院事，就改礼部尚书。南京御史谭希思疏论中官、外戚，且请循旧制，内阁设丝纶簿，宫门置铁牌。诏下南京都察院勘讯，将坐以诬罔。洪愈已改官，代者未至，乃具言希思所陈，载王可大《国宪家猷》、薛应旗《宪章录》二书。帝以所据非颁行制书，谪希思杂职。洪愈寻上疏请禁干谒，又极谏屯田废坏之害，乞令商人中盐，免内地飞挽。皆议行。 |
