王軏，开平卫人，弘治十二年进士。正德初，历工部员外郎，屡迁山东左布政使。嘉靖初，入为顺天府尹。房山地震，軏言召灾有由，语多指斥。忤旨切责。寻迁副都御史，巡抚四川。芒部土官知府陇慰死，庶子政与嫡子寿争立，朝议立寿。政倚乌撒，数构兵，使人诱杀寿，夺其印。軏请讨之。乃会贵州兵分道进，擒政于水西，招降四十九寨。玺书奖劳。
