16  | 十四年春二月癸未，严外官馈遗。三月戊戌，以旱霾，谕廷臣陈时政。癸卯，禁部曹言事，罢治京畿水田。癸丑，赐唐文献等进士及第、出身有差。戊午，久旱，敕修省。夏四月癸酉，京师地震。六月癸未，松茂番平。是夏，振直隶、河南、陜西及广西浔、柳、平乐，广东琼山等十二县饥。山西盗起。秋七月癸卯，振江西灾。戊申，敕户、兵二部抚安灾民，严保甲。是月，淇县贼王安聚众流劫，寻剿平之。九月壬辰，王家屏以忧去。乙卯，停刑。己未，发帑遣使振河南、山东、直隶、陜西、辽东、淮、凤灾。冬十月丙寅，礼部主事卢洪春以疏请谨疾，杖阙下，削籍。十一月癸卯，祀天于南郊。是年，土鲁番入贡。 |
