18  | 秋七月辛卯，朱能为征夷将军，沐晟、张辅副之，帅师分道讨安南，兵部尚书刘俊参赞军务，行部尚书黄福、大理卿陈洽督饷。诏曰：「安南皆朕赤子，惟黎季牦父子首恶必诛，他胁从者释之。罪人既得，立陈氏子孙贤者。毋养乱，毋玩寇，毋毁庐墓，毋害禾稼，毋攘财货掠子女，毋杀降。有一于此，虽功不宥。」乙巳，申诽谤之禁。闰月壬戌，诏以明年五月建北京宫殿，分遣大臣采木于四川、湖广、江西、浙江、山西。八月丁酉，诏通政司，凡上书奏民事者，虽小必以闻。癸丑，齐王榑废为庶人。九月戊辰，振苏、松、常、杭、嘉、湖流民复业者十二万馀户。 |
