18  | 夏四月癸亥，敕凡官民建言章疏，尚书、都御史、给事中会议以闻，勿讳。闰月壬寅，录囚。免山西旱灾税粮。甲辰，命有司振恤。庚戌，论弃交址罪，王通等及布政使弋谦、中官山寿、马骐下狱论死，籍其家，镇远侯顾兴祖并下狱。五月壬子，李琦、罗汝敬还。黎利表陈暠卒，子孙并绝，乞守国俟命。辛酉，录囚。己巳，复遣罗汝敬等谕黎利立陈氏后。辛未，赠交址死事诸臣。壬申，免北京被灾夏税。六月丙戌，免陜西被灾夏税。丁未，都御史刘观巡视河道。 |
