16  | 黄霸，字次公，阳夏人。宣帝时，为扬州刺史。三岁，以贤良高第，诏为颍州太守。居官赐车，葢特高一丈，别驾、主簿车、缇油屏泥，于轼前，以章有德。何武字君公，郫县人，宣帝时为扬州刺史。二千石有罪，应时举奏其馀贤与不肖，敬之如一。是以郡国各重，其守、相、州中清平、行部必先即学宫见诸生，试其诵论，问以得失，然后入传舍，出记问。垦田顷亩、五谷美恶已，廼见二千石以为常。鲍永字君长，屯留人。光武初，为扬州牧。时多寇暴，永以伤痍之后，诛其强横，镇抚其馀，百姓安之。 |
