五月戊申朔，上御大庆殿受传国宝，行朝会礼。初，章敦谓：『秦玺何足贵?不过藏天章瑞物库而已。』既而京等专达，未尝关由三省，敦等不复敢一言，闻者哂之。丙寅，诏以六月朔改元为元符。曾布以为昔天书降，尝于承天门里作元符观，后以火废，则元符之号亦不甚佳。
