六月癸巳，直焕章阁、知庆元府、沿海制置赵与??朝辞，因奏：『近士大夫专以议论相尚，未尝真见利害之实，故自更化以来，美意虽多，实政未究。』上曰：『虚论诚无益于国。』赵与??又奏沿海便宜及三边事体，上曰：『庆元控制海道，事任不轻。如招军造船，团结训练等事，宜一一留意施行。』丁酉，录行在系囚。己亥，洪咨夔上遗表。诏咨夔鲠亮忠悫，有助亲政，可特与执政恩数。壬寅，新权发遣泰州蔡节朝辞，奏皇嗣未立。上曰：『祖宗自有典故，见今讨论。』癸卯，荧惑、填星合于毕［17］。甲辰，右正言李韶言：『江西宪司奏吉州太和县豪民陈闻诗胁取乡民田产，殒死者数人。冒越省议，假手奏名。有司勘究，具得其实。事上于朝，尼而未行。官弱民强，渐不可长。乞将闻诗同进士出身驳放，仍照条坐罪。』从之。戊申，直宝谟阁、知婺州陈庸熙进对，奏：当举皇佑典礼，以太祖、太宗、宁考并配于明堂。诏令礼部、太常寺讨论以闻。
