十二月戊申，上谓大臣曰：『今虽无事，诸军教阅亦不可少废，宜丁宁戒饬之。』丁巳，孙道夫知蜀州。道夫入对，上谕曰：『军兴以来，蜀民应副不易。朕将诏郑刚中条具，尽与蠲减。止存经赋而已。』甲子，诏右司员外郎李朝正仍旧同措置经界。戊辰，诏诸路提举常平官复为监司，岁举属吏五人改京官。
