十月壬子朔，诏诸路守臣依旧制，到任半年，条便民五事及四方利病来上。癸丑，以徐清叟除参知政事，董槐同知枢密院事。甲寅，都省言：既复襄樊，宜措置屯田，修渠堰。诏守臣高达任责，仍令前德安守臣程大元督役。甲子，上谕辅臣：『史院纂修须用褒贬，必得是非之公乃可。』壬申，诏举帅材。癸酉，宰执拟进都承旨陈力修恩数，上曰：『集撰为都承，方可依权侍郎法，秘撰未可引此恩数。』
