八月癸丑朔，令户部下诸路，申严州郡苛取斛面之禁。乙未，诏明年省试仍用二月一日，以四月殿试。先是淳佑九年，台臣陈垓奏省试用三月，殿试八月，远方之士留滞逆旅。至是复旧。方叔、潜乞解机政，疏四上，诏不许。甲子，申严文武官改正叙复之令。己巳，出封桩库十八界楮四十万赈行在军民。丁丑，太史奏新历成，诏赐名《会天历》行之。戊寅，再决中外系囚。上曰：『淫雨未已，恐四方郡县刑狱淹延，或有惨刑妄杀，可诏行宽恤。』
