八月辛巳朔，诏户部申严州县增收苗米斛面之弊。甲寅，以史嵩之为明堂大礼使，范钟礼仪使，别之杰仪仗使，高定子卤簿使，杜范桥道顿递使。丁巳，以秘书省正字陈南一、国子正胡良并兼内小学教授。辛酉，进知夔州赵武官二秩，将佐王信等各转一资，酬夔城版筑之劳也。丁卯，诏出封桩库十七界楮币十万，赈赡绍兴、处、婺水涝之民。辛未，诏小学开讲。丁丑，殿中侍御史濮斗南言：『夏秋霖雨，浙东四郡民生荡析。乞委之畿漕，择爱民之吏，行拯弱之策，抚集流离，蠲减秋赋。』从之。
