七月乙卯，上曰：『连日四郊多雨。』元凤奏：『更须接续沾足，则一稔无忧。』录中外系囚。己未，太白昼见。诏蠲诸路州县民户逋欠官赋。庚申，上曰：『洪芹往桐川祷雨，得雨甚滂霈。』元凤奏：『守臣门迎御香之时，雨即沛然，仰见陛下一念所感，其应如响。』辛酉，上曰：『蒲择之甚欲取宝峰，以粮运不继，又值霖雨，器械损弊，因此中辍。』元凤奏：『更看续报。』乙丑，诏诸路阃帅司招填军额，申严占借之禁。丙寅，上曰：『与??言：吴门得雨甚洽，一稔可必。』磻奏：『陛下敬天爱民有素，固宜昭格。』上曰：『朕宫中览中外章奏，未尝敢自暇逸。』元凤奏：『此尧舜文武兢业忧勤之意也，天下幸甚。』庚午，上曰：『昨日经筵，有以边臣久任为言者，朕谕之曰：『李汉超守关南十七年，郭进守西山二十年，官皆止于观察使。久任边臣，乃祖宗驭将帅、服夷狄之法也。』』元凤奏：『仰遵陛下率由旧章之意。』辛未，上曰：『赵葵水陆并进，其志颇锐。』元凤奏：『葵思立功以报陛下，良可嘉尚。』甲戌，上曰：『北人归明曾授差遣而任已满者，可令保明上闻，并与添差职任，免令待次。』元凤奏：『陛下至仁如天，兼爱南北，谨遵圣训。』丁丑，上曰：『赵葵奏新野既捷，欲养锐以图光、枣。』元凤奏：『葵遣王登等人敌境，焚其粮食，亦可绝光、枣之援。若能审机而发，当有可图之理。』戊寅，上曰：『州郡所欠内帑项目甚多，年远者悉与蠲放，其合解者，可下诸路，令随正纲带纳。』辛巳，上曰：『闻敌有窥东川之意，可下制帅、诸司，严为之备。』
