闰十二月乙丑，宰执乞罢政，不许。诏赏京湖将士有差，以制司奏去冬寇由忠、万透波，南岸守险而捷故。丙寅，以李宗勉薨，辍视朝三日，寻赠少师，赐谥曰文清。以游似知枢密院事兼参知政事，范钟参知政事，权吏部尚书徐荣叟为端明殿学士、签书枢密院事。乙亥，诏民间赋输旧用钱会中半者，其会半以十八界直纳，半以十八界纽纳。诏淮东西、京湖、沿江制置使副并兼本路屯田使。壬午，阅军头司武伎。
