八月丙戌，宁宗皇帝大祥，上诣几筵，行奠祭礼。壬辰，令户部申严州县受租苛取之禁，转运使察其违者劾之。甲午，以久雨，蠲大理寺、三衙、临安府、点检提领酒所赃赏钱。乙巳，史弥远等言：『谨按国史，太平兴国七年，皇弟检校太师兼中书令、行河南尹、西京留守秦王廷美以昵比凶恶，语连逆谋，群臣就请行法，遂勒归私第，寻降涪陵县公，仍于房州安置。比济王从贼借伪，给舍、台谏俱有奏请，乞正名定罪。陛下欲全始终之恩，弗俞其请。今又论奏不已。臣等窃详秦王以言语不顺，尚坐追降窜责，今济王逆节著明，负先帝教育之大恩，忘陛下友爱之至德，参之公论，揆之国法，死有馀罪。臣等仰体宸旨，详议审处，欲乞将济王追降巴陵县公，庶几上全仁恩，下伸公议。』从之。丙午，卫泾薨。乙卯，诏新中法科而资浅者，须外历二考以上，方擢为评事。从陈贵谊请也。
