| 73 | 五月，诏：『成都、潼川路旱歉，令制置司及各路监司疾速措置赈恤，务要实惠及民，仍考察郡县奉行勤惰以闻。』从臣寮请也。辛巳，御集英殿，赐正奏名进士黄朴以下及第、出身，凡五百五十七人。乙未，赐特奏名进士缪蟾以下同出身、文学助教一千一百二十一人。臣寮奏：『近年文气萎茹，乞申饬胄监师儒之官专意训导，使之痛习经传，考订义理。课试选抡，须合体格，去浮华穿凿之弊，转移士风。』从之。甲辰，诏：『户绝之家，许从条立嗣，不得妄行籍没。』从臣寮请也。辛亥，臣寮奏：『浙西漕运，惟恃吴江石塘以堤水。近年修塘塞兵尽为他役，堤岸颓毁。乞下漕司抽回，以时补葺，委平江府通判主管，不得辄有抽差，违许奏劾。』从之。 |
