八月丙申朔，诏户部遍下诸路州军：不得增收苗米，多量斛面。许越诉，仍令漕司觉察。从臣寮请也。丁酉，臣寮奏：『州县典狱官吏，或淹延久系，或牵惹无辜，或奉上官而失本情，或行暴虐而取贿赂。乞饬诸路宪司禁戢惩劝。』从之。辛丑，进知静江府赵崇模直敷文阁因任，以职事修举故也。壬寅，监察御史留元英奏：『二广列郡及福建、上四州惟盐是利，守令克剥于常赋之外，籍户口以敷盐，民被其扰。近者召寇，亦基于此。乞戒饬二广、福建漕司，严察州县。痛革前弊，仍令宪司岁行所部，许人陈诉。』从之。丙午，臣寮奏：『州县供摊、告讦二害，乞今后凡追究不实者，许被害人越诉，仍令监司觉察。』从之。丁巳，诏通义郡夫人谢氏进封美人。二年八月封贵妃，十一月立为皇后。
