三月壬寅，普安郡王出阁就外第，命行在宗室正任已上悉送之。辛亥，上谓大臣曰：『朕兼爱南北之民，屈己讲和。今通好休兵，其利博矣。士大夫狃于偏见，以讲和为弱，以用兵为强，非通论也。』乙卯，上御射殿，引南省举人何溥已下。是举，两浙转运司秋试举人凡解二百八人，而温州所得四十有二，宰执子侄皆预焉。溥，永嘉人也。
