十月乙卯，诏蠲四川制总州县醛酤榷利三年，以都省言循明禋前例也。丙辰，诏蠲诸路州县折纳苗币，不许阳减阴取，违坐绍兴条例。庚申，沿江制臣汪立信表进蕲城新城图。诏奖谕。甲子，以杨栋为端明殿学士、签书枢密院事，兼权参知政事，兼太子宾客；叶梦鼎为端明殿学士、同签书枢密院事，兼太子宾客。甲戌，广西经略朱禩孙奏知归化州岑从毅纳土输赋，献丁壮，为下臣。诏改归化为来安州，岑从毅进官修武，知州事，许世袭。丙子，诏安丰六县升为军，令沿江制司选辟军使一次，以其县里迢遥，边鄙险要也。
