五月甲午，川陕宣谕使郑刚中为川陕宣抚副使。甲辰，诏诸州军无教官处，令尚书省选差。既而礼部立到试教官法，上谓宰相曰：『士大夫不可不学，惟学，故能考前世兴衰治乱，以为龟鉴，则事无过举，而政皆适当矣。朕在宫中，未尝一日废也。』乙巳，军器监主簿沈该知盱眙军，措置榷场。凡榷场之法，商人赀百千以下者，十人为保，留其货之半在场，以其半赴泗州榷场博易，俟得北货，复易其半以往，大商悉拘之，以待北贾之来。两边商人各处一廊，以货呈主管官，牙人往来评议，毋得相见。每交易千钱，各收五厘息钱入官。其后又置场于光州、枣阳、安丰军花黶镇，而金人亦于诸州置场。辛亥，潢州布衣陈靖特补右迪功郎。靖献《中兴统论》于朝，给事中程克俊等五人共荐之，乃有是命。乙卯，诏礼部依旧制，试教官仍先纳所业经义、诗赋各三首会刑部，无过，下国子监看详，礼部覆考，然后许试。附省试院分两场。非取士之岁，附吏部铨。试院不限人数，以文理优长为合格。
