六月丙申，上谓秦桧曰：『雨泽稍频，细民不易。』桧曰：『前日蒙宣问常、润、江南阙雨，臣弟棣赴宜州新任，近得本州申报，雨已沾足。』上曰：『此时多雨，陂塘有所猪蓄，秋或旱乾，可备灌溉，农夫有丰稔之望，甚可喜也。』戊申，太学博士王之望面对：『举人程文所纯用本朝人文集数百言，或作歌颂，及用佛书全句，旧式皆不考，建炎悉从删去，故多犯者。望申严行下。』从之。乙卯，宰执进呈殿前司游奕军统制成闵招降到福建贼徒等第补官。上曰：『销弭盗贼，当为远虑。若但招安补授，恐此辈以啸聚为得计，是启其力寇之心。今已招到，且依所乞。可札下诸路，日后不许招安。』戊午，普安郡王瑗徙常德军节度使，恩平郡王璩徙武康军节度使。
