八月戊子朔，诏置国史院，修神宗、哲宗、徽宗三朝正史。己丑，诏诸路风水灾伤州县，并令提举官检放苗税，而赈贷其不给者。用监察御史任古请也。戊戌，尚书右仆射、提举实录院汤思退等上《徽宗实录》一百五十卷。实录自八年秋开院，至是逾二十年乃成。旧秦桧所进，自元符三年至大观四年，至是再加增润，然犹多疏略云。上御垂拱殿，进呈讫，奉安于天章阁，又以小本进入禁中。壬寅，尚书省勘会张浚已服阕。诏落职、提举江州兴国宫，依旧永州居住。甲寅夜，地震。
