十一月癸未，右谏议大夫宋敏求为知制诰，陈襄为枢密直学士。先是，知制诰邓润甫言：『近者群臣专尚告讦，此非国家之义。宜登用敦厚之人，以变风俗。』上嘉纳之。居数日，敏求及襄有是命。丙戌，先是，王安石以疾居家，上遣中使劳问，又命辅臣即其家议事。
