冬十月丙戌，上批：『体问得前日小雨，于农事亦小有济，宜且择日赛谢。』戊子，上批：『权御史中丞邓绾操心颇僻，赋性奸回，论事荐人，不循分守。可落学士、中丞。以兵部郎中知虢州。』壬辰，诏崇文院校书兼中书户房习学公事练亨甫身备宰属，与言事官交通，罢为漳州军事判官。先是，王安石言：『闻御史中丞邓绾尝为臣子弟营官，及荐臣子婿可用，又为臣求赐第宅。兼绾近举御史二人，寻却乞不施行。闻其一人彭汝励者尝与练亨甫相失，绾听亨甫游说，故乞别举官。绾岂可令执法在论思之地?亨甫亦不当留备宰属。』故有是命。
