二月辛卯，日中有黑子如李，至乙巳散。乙未，权御史中丞邓润甫言：『尝有兴利之臣议前代帝王陵寝，许民请射耕垦，而司农可之，缘此唐之诸陵悉见芟刈。』诏唐诸陵除立定禁止顷亩外，其馀民已请射地，许依旧耕佃，馀并禁止。己亥，枢密副使王韶知洪州。韶凿空开边，以军功至执政，乃专以劝兵费财归曲于朝廷。上不悦，故出之。宝文阁待制常秩卒。
