25  | 九月戊申，苏轼言：『臣今日迩英进读宝训，及太宗皇帝每见时和岁丰、雨雪应时辄喜不自胜，举酒以属群臣；又是日荧惑与日同度，太史奏言当旱，既而雨足岁丰。臣读至此，因进言：水旱虽天意，然人君修德，可以转灾为福。』丁卯，上御集英殿，试贤良方正能直言极谏科谢悰，已赐悰进士出身，除初等职官。刘安世言：『近见悰申尚书省辞免新命状乃云「所有敕命，未敢抵授」。以「祗」为「抵」，以「受」为「授」。昔唐之省中有「伏猎侍郎」，为严挺之所讥而罢。陛下初复制举，岂容有「抵授贤良」乎?』 |
