7  | 五月，岩叟、尧俞等又言：『臣等累上封章论张舜民不当罢御史，不蒙开纳，言责难以冒居。伏望降黜，自今更不敢诣台供职。』吕公著虑言者将激怒上意，致朝廷有罪言者之失，乃奏乞稍与优迁，今解言职。丁卯，刘挚为尚书左丞，王存为尚书右丞。戊辰，孔文仲为左谏议大夫，杜纯为侍御史，吕陶为左司谏，贾易为右司谏，王岩叟为起居舍人，朱光庭为左司员外郎，王觌为右司员外郎；孙升差知济州，梁焘为集贤殿修撰、知潞州。先是，焘于省中面诘给事中张问，因诮问贪禄不去，不知世所谓羞耻；而孙升再劾张问，引焘『不知羞耻』等语。于是批旨付三省曰：『石叟、光庭、韩川等久在言路，宜稍迁擢。焘于禁省诟同列，升朋附焘，宜罢。』于是岩叟等皆递迁，而升与焘有是命。癸酉，胡宗愈为御史中丞。宗愈首进六事，曰端本、正志、知难、加意、守法、畏天。它日奏对便殿，上问朋党之弊，宗愈曰：『君子义之与比，谓小人为奸邪，则小人必指君子为朋党。陛下择中立不倚者用之，则朋党自销。』因进《君子无党论》。 |
