辛酉建隆二年春正月丙申朔，御祟元殿，受朝贸。御广德殿，群臣上寿。壬寅，幸造船务观习水战。己酉，上御明德门观灯。壬子，商州言群鼠食苗。诏蠲其常赋。周显德末，分命常参官诣诸州度民田，多为民所诉。上将循世宗之制，谓侍臣曰：『度田盖欲勤恤下民，而民愈弊甚。今当精择其人，以副朕意。』丁巳，分遣常参官诣诸州度民田。
