10  | 冬十月，诏以王嗣宗摄御史大夫，为考制度使；周起摄中丞，为副使。所经州县，采访民间不便事并市物之价、车服、权衡、度量不如法者，举仪制禁之。有奇才异行，隐沦不仕者，与所属长吏论荐。鳏寡茕独不能自存者，常加赈恤。官吏政迹尤异，民受其惠及不守廉隅、昧谙政理者，孝子顺孙、义夫节妇为乡里所称者，并条析以闻。官吏知民间疾苦者，亦为录奏。司天言：五星顺行，同色。辛卯，上发京师。辛丑，次郓州。丙午，次翔銮驿，命张旻、郑成扈从升山。辛亥，享昊天上帝于圜台，以太祖、太宗配，命群官享五方帝诸神于封祀坛。仪卫使奉天书于上帝之左。壬子，禅祭皇地祗于社首山，如封祀之仪。甲寅，车驾发奉符县。次太平驿。是日，始复常膳。上劳王旦等以久食蔬，旦等皆再拜，马知节独言：『蔬食惟陛下一人耳，臣等在道，未尝不私食肉。』上顾旦等曰：『知节言是否?』曰：『诚如知节之言。』 |
