六月癸丑，殿中侍御史里行吴中复上殿，弹宰相梁适奸邪。上曰：『近马遵亦有弹疏，且言唐室自天宝而后治乱分，何也?』中复对曰：『明皇初任姚崇、宋璟、张九龄为宰相，遂致太平。乃李林甫用事，纪纲大坏，治乱于此分矣。虽威福在于人主，然后乱要在辅臣。』上曰：『朕每进用大臣，未尝不采天下公议所归，顾知人亦未易尔。』甲寅，出内藏库绸绢五十万、缗钱三十万下河北助籴军储。
