闰九月戊辰朔，诏御史台置考课监司簿。丙戌，以金主新立，命四川谨边备。己丑，诏湖北监司、守令赈恤旱伤。癸巳，雷。甲午，右丞相史弥远等上三祖下七世仙源类谱、《高宗皇帝宝训》、《皇帝玉牒》、《会要》。乙未，大雷。丙申，诏曰：『朕钦若天命，矜爱元元，夙夜靡宁，惟恐有阙。乃后九月，气已属冬，雷未收声，将以警朕。惕若祗惧，祗省厥愆。二三大臣，其悉心叶力，交修不逮，庸副朕躬，仰承天戒焉。』史弥远请罢政，不许。
