253  | 九月丁已朔，诏宋昭上书狂妄，除名勒停，送广南编管，以为妄议朝政之戒。昭书云：『蕃人之性，不可以信义结。灭一弱敌而与强敌为邻，恐非中国之福，徒为女真之利耳。且北敌虽夷狄，然谨守盟誓不敢妄动者，知信义之不可渝也。本朝与北敌通好百有馀年，一旦败之，女真能果信其不渝乎?异日女真决先败盟，为中国患必矣。此理之必然，事之必至，虽使伊、周复生，不能易此议也。』乙丑，契丹易州守高凤等以易州降，契丹都管押常胜军、涿州留守郭药师以涿州降。 |
