冬十月乙丑，侍读张大经等奏：『伏睹陛下尝因讲《泰》卦之『九二』，玉音有曰：『君子以其类进而为善，小人以其类进而为恶，未有无助者也。』讲《萃》卦之『上六』，玉音有曰：『盛极则衰，乱极生治。』三复圣言，皆已深得大《易》之旨。欲望圣慈宣付史馆。』诏从之。丙寅，进呈吏部奏：臣僚乞宾州三县通差文武臣。上曰：『武臣中极难得人，小使臣尤不历练，今委以一县，只是害及一县百姓。』庚午，中书门下省：『勘会州县税场所收课息自可足用，访闻近来官司过数增收，以资妄用，致害民旅，理合禁止。』诏户部遍牒诸路州军，将应管税务合趁课息如实及租额之数，即不得抑令增收，敢有违戾，在内委御史台弹奏，在外委监司觉察。仍许被扰人户越诉。辛巳，诏宇文虚中特更与恩泽二名，令曾孙承受。
