夏四月辛酉，诏金州依见行盐法，听客人铺户从便买卖，不得依前置场拘榷。癸酉，诏：『广西经略詹仪之、运判胡庭直开具到见行盐钞已为详细，可恪意奉行。』先是，知容州范德勤奏广西卖盐不便。诏仪之、庭直公共详议具奏，于是仪之等条析奏闻：『今详议静江府等一十六州官卖盐，以救一十六州之害，但罢高、化等五州敷卖二分食盐，令转运司置铺出卖，从便请买，以为五州之利。所有五州岁计，令转运司计度抱认应副，如是则一路二十五州无不均被圣泽，折苗科敷之弊可以永革而民力裕。』又言：『淳熙十年七月一日改行客钞，至今年三月十日终，已招卖过盐钞六万二千萝。见今客人不住搬贩，措置自有次第。』故有是诏。高、化、雷、廉、钦五州产盐地分客钞不行，寻又奏：『钦州白皮盐场事体与雷、廉、高、化一同，乞依旧兴复，以备本司取拨作钞盐，支付客旅搬请。』丙子，进呈进士射射日分。上曰：『进士射射甚好。』王淮等奏：『孔子射于矍相之圃，观者如堵墙。古人以射为重，后世乃废而不讲。』上曰：『古者有文事必有武备，后世不知此意，所以朕举行之。』丁酉，权知均州何惟清言：『解盐除京西客人搬贩外，更有均、房界入川者甚多，皆是取马官兵附带而去。乞严赐约束。』从之。是月，御制《送行》诗赐太保史浩，又书『明良庆会之阁』六字赐之。
