三月丁丑，金人焚湫池堡而去。戊子，利州统制王逸等率官军、忠义复皂郊，金副统军完颜赞、包长寿遁去。沔州军士郭雄追斩赞首而还，长寿仅以身免。己丑，沔州都统刘昌祖至皂郊。辛卯，忠义人十馀万出秦州，官军继进至赤谷口。王逸传昌祖之命退师，且放散忠义人，军大溃。癸巳，包长寿合长安、凤翔之众复攻皂郊，遂移西和州。是日，镇江忠义统制彭惟诚等败于泗州。丙申，刘昌祖焚西和州而遁，守臣杨克家弃城去。戊戌，金人陷西和州。
