冬十月壬戌，以徐邦宪兼知临安府。时都城米价踊贵，楮币不通，乞丐之人，有群攫饼饵于传法寺前者。御史台上章论守臣区处无策。邦宪丐免，章四上，乃免兼知临安府。丁卯，命京湖制置司募逃卒及放散忠义，以补厢、禁军之阙。丁丑，金主遣使来贺瑞庆节。已丑，命两淮转运司给诸州民稻种，减公私房廊白地钱什三，如淳熙故事。
