秋七月癸卯，浙西安抚大使刘光世乞依宣抚处置使司例,合随宜措置事并从便宜。诏除临阵出奇或事干机会许施行外，馀并禀朝旨。诏诸州守臣自军兴以来得便宜指挥者并罢。甲辰,命刘洪道趣之池州，权管本州及安抚司事，诸军权听节制。洪道请用便宜指挥，许之。丁巳,申命元佑党人子孙，经所在自陈，尽还应得恩数。庚申，昌州团练使岳飞为通泰镇抚使兼知泰州，用张俊荐也。丁卯，户部请岁终以诸路上供钱斛比较最多最少处申乞赏罚，庶使官吏有勤惰之戒。从之。金主晟遣西京留守高庆裔、尚书礼部侍郎韩昉册命知东平府、充京东西淮南安抚使、节制河南诸州。刘豫为皇帝，国号大齐，都大名府。册文略曰：『咨尔刘豫，素怀济世之才，夙擅直言之誉。百里虽智，亦奚补于虞亡?三仁至高，或愿从于周仕。宜即始归之地，以昭建业之元。』昉有文学，仕辽为知制诰，金主因而用之，凡大诏令,多昉所草也。己巳，礼部尚书谢克家奏：『故翰林学士范祖禹，当元佑中，终始实在经筵，所著《唐鉴》已进御，又有《仁宗训典》及《帝学》二书，深裨治道。今其子前宗正少卿冲见寓衢州，乞给札令冲投进。』从之。诏迪功郎王銍权枢密院编修官，纂集祖宗兵制。其后书成，上览之称善。命銍改京官，赐名《枢庭备检》。
