77  | 闰十月，司天监上《重修崇天历》。癸亥，盐铁副使司封员外郎王鬷、户部副使刑部员外郎杜衍并为天章阁待制。初，马季良建言：『京师贾人常以贱价居茶盐交引，请官置务收市之。』季良方用事，有司莫敢忤其意，鬷独不可，曰：『与民竞利，岂国体邪?』他日上见鬷，劳之曰：『官市交引，赖卿力言罢之，甚善。有司临事，当如是也。』薛颜死，其家属衍为墓志。衍却之。及在三司，因奏事，上谓衍曰：『薛颜有丑行，卿不与志墓，诚清识也。』自是有意大用。 |
