63  | 十一月，蔡确特迫复观文殿大学士。己丑，常安民言：『北都为河朔重镇，既除吕惠卿为留守，而惠卿辞疾。臣愿陛下振发主断，趣令起发。』因面奏：『惠卿赋性深险，王安石拔引为执政，及得志，遂攻安石。使移此心以事君，其薄可知。惠卿若见陛下，必言先帝而泣，以感动陛下，希望留朝廷。』及惠卿过阙请对，既见上，果言先朝事而泣，上正色不答，计卒不得施而去，时论快之。甲午，三省同进呈台谏官前后章疏，言实录院所修先帝实录，类多附会奸言，诋斥熙宁以来政事。乞赐重行窜黜。上曰：『史官敢如此诞慢不恭，须各与安置。』 |
