112  | 夏四月十八日，刑部左侍郞阮观贤上言：「臣钦奉勅旨，继今军匠色例得放回农务者，五，六月，十月，十一月番，并得分半归农，不得间分秋夏。奉此，阮观贤窃照上年六月，十月番，五刑司狱卒并停勾讼，今五月，十 月番，军匠色人已分归农，而五刑司狱所狱卒暂勾讼，未奉该及，臣谨具奏闻，伏望圣训。」从之。 |
