191  | 二十九日，定后葬不得遮障前葬令。先是安邦等处清刑宪察使司副使严光奏曰：「官员与百姓未有分别，是以愚冥细民，见有官者，以为地道所致，乘有死亡，竞葬前后左右，逼犯坟茔，见侵子孙，每以事由，投吿有司，则例未分别，难于辨正，合无照职品之尊卑，定墓地之广狭。」至是礼部尚书郭廷宝议云：「天下官员百姓墓地，间有公私田土不同，以致私田作彼墓地，广狭分数当随地势向背之宜，后葬者不得挟以私田土之故，而逼犯遮障前葬者，敢有故违，许前葬子孙亲属吿所在官司，斥后葬移避，幷追谢钱如律。」上从之。 |
