19  | 八月戊午，西天竺国遣使献方物。九月戊申，幸新丰之温泉。甲寅，制曰：「自古帝王皆以厚葬为诫，以其无益亡者，有损生业故也。近代以来，共行奢靡，递相仿效，浸成风俗，既竭家产，多至凋弊。然则魂魄归天，明精诚之已远；卜宅于地，盖思慕之所存。古者不封，未为非达。且墓为真宅，自便有房，今乃别造田园，名为下帐，又冥器等物，皆竞骄侈。失礼违令，殊非所宜；戮尸暴骸，实由于此。承前虽有约束，所司曾不申明，丧葬之家，无所依准。宜令所司据品令高下，明为节制：冥器等物，仍定色数及长短大小；园宅下帐，并宜禁绝；坟墓茔域，务遵简俭；凡诸送终之具，并不得以金银为饰。如有违者，先决杖一百。州县长官不能举察，并贬授远官。」冬十月戊午，至自温泉。薛讷破吐蕃于渭州西界武阶驿，斩首一万七十级，马七万七匹，牛羊四万头。丰安军使郎将、判将军王海宾先锋力战，死之。十一月庚寅，葬殇帝于武功西原。十二月乙丑，封皇子嗣真为鄫王，嗣初为鄂王，嗣玄为鄄王。时右威卫中郎将周庆立为安南市舶使，与波斯僧广造奇巧，将以进内。监选使、殿中侍御史柳泽上书谏，上嘉讷之。 |
