16  | 二年春正月，关中自去秋至于是月不雨，人多饥乏，遣使赈给。制求直谏昌言弘益政理者。名山大川，并令祈祭。丙寅，紫微令姚崇上言请检责天下僧尼，以伪滥还俗者二万馀人。甲申，并州大都督府长史兼检校左卫大将军薛讷同紫微黄门三品，仍总兵以讨奚、契丹。二月，突厥默啜遣其子同俄特勤率众寇北庭都护府，右骁卫将军郭虔瓘击败之，斩同俄于城下。己酉，以旱，亲录囚徒。改太史监罢隶秘书省。闰月癸亥，令道士、女冠、僧尼致拜父母。丁卯，复置十道按察使。己未，突厥默啜妹婿火拔颉利发石失毕与其妻来奔，封燕山郡王，授左卫员外大将军。紫微侍郎、赵国公王琚左授泽州刺史，赐实封一百户，馀并停。丁亥，刘幽求为睦州刺史。 |
