83  | 三月丁卯，殿中侍御史杨万顷为仇人所杀。夏五月戊寅，宗子请率月俸于兴庆宫建龙池，上《圣德颂》。秋七月丙子，皇太子鸿改名瑛，庆王直已下十四王并改名。又封皇子玭为义王，圭为陈王，珙为丰王，琪为恒王，璇为凉王，璥为汴王。其荣王琬已下并开府置官属，各食实封二千户。八月戊子，制鳏寡惸独免今年地税之半，江淮已南有遭水处，本道使赈给之。九月戊申，移泗州就临淮县置。冬十月辛亥，移隶伊西、北庭都护属四镇节度。突骑施寇北庭及安西拨换城。十一月壬申朔，日有蚀之。十二月，新罗遣使朝献。 |
