27  | 夏四月己丑，皇帝第九子嗣一薨，追封夏王，谥曰悼。甲午，以则天拜洛受图坛及碑文并显圣侯庙，初因唐同泰伪造瑞石文所建，令即废毁。六月壬午，巩县暴雨连月，山水泛滥，毁郭邑庐舍七百馀家，人死者七十二。汜水同日漂坏近河百姓二百馀家。秋七月甲子，诏曰：「古者操皇纲执大象者，何尝不上稽天道，下顺人极，或变通以随时，爰损益以成务。且衢室创制，度堂以筵。因之以礼神，是光孝德；用之以布政，盖称视朔，先王所以厚人伦感天地者也。少阳有位，上帝斯歆，此则神贵于不黩，礼殷于至敬。今之明堂，俯邻宫掖，比之严祝，有异肃恭，茍非宪章，将何轨物？由是礼官博士公卿大臣广参群议，钦若前古，宜存露寝之式，用罢辟雍之号。可改为乾元殿，每临御依正殿礼。」九月壬寅，改紫微省依旧为中书省，黄门省为门下省，黄门监为侍中。 |
